Thirty-eight seats, one long table, and a nonna’s rolling pin.
Olivetta began as a Sunday supper for neighbors and never quite stopped. The menu is short on purpose: what came in that morning, what the oven does best, and a ragù that has been simmering on the back burner since we opened.
Come early for a seat at the pass, or late for the last of the tiramisù. Either way, we will keep the candles lit.
